Wish Jar

This is a cleaned out pickle jar that I recently painted with a sun / flower lid on top and grass coming from the bottom.  The purpose of the jar is to hold wishes.  They can be anything and everything.  If there's something you really want, why not make a wish and keep it in your jar until it comes true.  It may seem silly, but to me it is a pleasant reminder to stay positive and hopeful that those wishes may come true.  Why not cherish those wishes and give them a space in your heart, and literally, in your jar where they can remain safe and nurtured. These wishes may seed and grow up into beautiful flowers.

Just remember, like my grandmother always told me...

"Be careful what you wish for, it just might come true."
