tired

you know what?  I'm tired.  I'm tired of waiting for you...  tired of getting so excited I could burst, waiting for something to happen, to only be let down with no return.  I'm tired of pouring out my all, laying it out there.  I'm tired of wanting some fun, some good mischief.  I'm done with wishin' and hopin'.  thinkin' back to the days of sweet kisses and bein' a little mrs.  call me up, say hello.  apologize.  say goodbye.  enough with the lame old dog that's gone to sleep.  where's the fun lovin' one?  one who lets me know that the time she is  tickin' but she will ne'er go so longs the achin' keeps a churnin' and a burnin' inside the heart for soulful dances, long caresses, sweet farewells and heart stompin' hellos.  where's the daredevil.  gone yonder over blue mountains?  what happened to the sense of two?  one plus one.  the garden of our eden before our feet, lay only one step away.  be it large or small, it is one step.  will you take it?  don't tread on me...  walk with me...  don't fear the journey.  tis nearly a sweet melody to breathe, to flow and pulse. life.  tis only life you fear.  everlasting eternal life.
